Heather J. Martin
Heather Martin is a seasoned management consultant experienced
in strategic planning, organizational change, business process
improvement, project management, and group facilitation. She has
extensive experience in both public and private sectors, including
12 years in high tech.
Heather has been instrumental in working with clients to unite
diverse stakeholders, define their common ground and move forward
to positive results. She has coached and mentored in an organizational
change environment, streamlined
senior management teams, and designed strategies to reduce costs
and meet tight deadlines.
Heather's recent projects have included advisory services in
a private sector management process, as well as change management
for a large university undertaking a merger and organizational
change. Prior to her work as a consultant, Heather worked in the
high tech sector, most recently for IBM, in the areas of senior
project management, strategic planning, large account management
and marketing. She has worked extensively with multi-stakeholders,
including multiple service providers, business partners, public
sector organizations and cross-functional teams. |

Maureen Knox
Maureen Knox is an experienced consultant who specializes in
organization strategy, design and transformation. Maureen has
over fifteen years of experience at a senior management level
in health care and over six years in business consulting in both
public and private firms.
Maureen has provided strategic human resource advice to several
large public sector organizations. She has worked with many clients
to improve operations, redesign and prioritize programs and services,
and to align structure to strategy. She has also worked on numerous
projects in the role of project manager, strategic advisor, post-implementation
reviewer and in the provision of quality assurance.
Maureen is currently working with a Health Authority to help
redesign their structure, roles, processes and reporting relationships
to better meet local needs while preserving a regional framework.
